Landlords and letting agents
We do a lot of work for landlords in Cambridge and around the colleges. We can attend between tenancies, replace the locks and leave you keys clearly labelled, then invoice the business rather than each property. If you have a block or a portfolio, give us a ring and we will work out a rate.
What it costs
One price for the lock and the fitting, agreed before we start. Multipoint mechanisms cost more than a cylinder, and a listed door can be a different job again, so we will always price it after hearing what you have.
Straight lock replacement is from £60–£90. Euro cylinder lock changes are £85–£120 fitted, anti-bump cylinder upgrades are £110–£160, and a uPVC multipoint mechanism is £180–£280.
No call-out fee. Prices are quoted before we set off, and held for two weeks. DBS checked and fully insured. Non-destructive entry wherever possible. Genuine 24/7 cover — weekends, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
